Tandem is an app developed by BlindShell to facilitate easy communication and remote assistance from anywhere in the world. You can call, chat, and remotely control your loved one’s phone. Simply download the app to your phone, wait for an invitation from a BlindShell user, and everything will function like on any other communication channel. The app is fully accessible and is very simple to use, even for those who are blind and visually impaired.
Can I use the touchscreen on the entire phone?
No, the touchscreen is only active in third-party apps. However, if you prefer using a keyboard with buttons, you can choose not to use the touchscreen at all.
Does Luna, the Virtual Assistant, work offline?
No, your phone must be connected to the internet to use Luna.
